Andrea Lilly is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with a focus on corrective exercise, mobility, and sports performance. She became a Strength & Conditioning Specialist in 2016 while a Physical Therapy Aide at SOL Santa Cruz. In 2006, Andrea began playing Roller Derby and continued for over 14 years; during that time she held several leadership positions and is responsible for creating the training program designed to teach new recruits basic fitness & roller skating skills. The knowledge gained from her certifications, combined with the care received at SOL Santa Cruz, from team doctor Karen Roitz, DC, were key to playing a highly competitive, full contact-sport for over a decade. She now dedicates her spare time to learning a new game & new skills = Pickleball! Andrea is available for one-on-one athletic training sessions and leads our small group TRX/Kettlebell class.
